Having not run Wednesday and Thursday, I was hoping that my legs would have enough under them to get me over the Cooper River Bridge in decent enough fashion. That said, I needed to at least grab a 3 mile shake out run to keep things familiar. First mile was quick (715), but that was just a sign of being fresh. Got it back down to close to 8 min pace for the last couple miles.
